Pier Seasonal Sessions

Cancellation Policy

1) Mini Session Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Mini session appointments are limited and reserved specifically for you. Because of the limited availability of mini sessions, all payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, your payment will still apply towards the fundraiser. 2) Mini sessions are scheduled back-to-back. Arriving late will reduce the amount of time available for your session. Sessions cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals, and no refund or credit will be provided for time missed due to a late arrival. 3) Weather or Circumstances Beyond Our Control: If Trinity Wheeler Photography must cancel or postpone a session due to weather, illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered the option to transfer your session to another available date or apply your payment towards the fundraiser. By booking your mini session, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
